Employment Law for Business

The text addresses law and employment decisions with a management perspective. It has three purposes:

1) to teach the student how to approach and manage legal employment decisions.
2) to instruct the student regarding the specific legal framework in which management decisions are made.
3) to give the student the ability to effectively argue his or her management decision case with this legal framework.
