Basic Biomechanics

Serving as an introduction to biomechanics including quantitative as well as qualitative examples of problems designed to illustrate biomechanical principles, this text has been revised overall to include simplification of language and topics for ease in understanding. Quantitative aspects are presented in a manageable, progressive fashion to make these principles accessible to all students, regardless of their mathematical skills. The text contains introductory problems which allow students to gain mastery of newly processed skills, whilst additional problems further challenge students to work through more difficult topics.
