About the Author\nTheodore Peridis is the Chair of the Policy and Strategic Management Area at the Schulich School of Business, York University, where he is also the Director of the Strategy Field Studies and the Global Leadership programs. His research and teaching interests lie in the areas of strategic management and strategic alliances, as well as mergers and acquisitions with emphasis on the role of knowledge, learning, and communication across cultures. Theo received his Ph.D from New York University and has taught in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, and Asia.
