BookScouter is happy to announce a partnership with Kabibo Internships. Generally, on BookScouter, we don’t like to promote high priced services or programs, given that BookScouter is a free service based around making extra money rather than spending it, but we have worked with Kabibo Internships to create a really exciting opportunity that we feel is a good fit for you.

With Kabibo’s new program (Kabibo Go) there is now an opportunity for students to participate in international internships without having to pay thousands of dollars.  We believe these paid internships abroad would be definitely worth it in the long run.  If learning abroad has always been a dream of yours and you are not afraid to put in some extra work to get there, check out the article below.

Your finances to stay in check

Money is a big deal, and paid internships can be hard to come by. That’s why Kabibo has initiated a new program called Kabibo GO! in which they will seek out scholarships for you to cover your program cost. This saves YOU both TIME and MONEY! There are literally thousands of scholarships out there just waiting to be claimed! Kabibo will continue to search for you until your program cost is covered, and they’ve even got the difference if scholarships don’t cover your full cost. They just ask for a little feedback in return, because of your opinion matters!

Your internship abroad means help for those in need

Kabibo is not just about internships. They really care! When the company was founded, their goals were to send interns abroad AND help those in need by supporting organizations that deliver help, healing, and support internationally. They donate a percentage of profits to international development work and hold regular awareness and fundraising events to further support these organizations. By interning through Kabibo, you will help feed a child in need in a third-world country, you will help pull young women out of sex trafficking, you will make a difference!

Kabibo cares about your career goals

If you take a look at their website, you may notice that there is not a long list of internships available for each country. That’s because they care about your career goals. They don’t want to force you into an internship that is just an ok fit for you, they want you to gain the experience that will propel you into your ideal career. Simply apply for the “Custom Internship”, where you can request your ideal internship, and they will do their best to find it for you!

They want you to have an amazing time!

The Kabibo team is made up of travelers who have participated in multiple intern, study, and work-abroad programs. They understand the need for support, because it can mean the difference between an amazing and a terrible experience. Kabibo has local representatives in all destinations to make sure you have a great and safe time! Your representative will pick you up and drop you off at the airport, will assure you have housing that is both comfortable and convenient, will accompany you to your internship on the first day, and will be available to you at all times.

The team at Kabibo knows the positive impact that living and working abroad can have on you, your education, and your career. Its transformative power is something they want you to experience too! Don’t wait too long, because there are just a few positions available each semester.
